How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase :-
- 1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
- 2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
- 3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
- 4. You'll need to confirm your Shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
- 5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
- 6. Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
- 7. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
- 8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
Log-in your account → Click on “My Account” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here. -
Delivery Time
When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items, the quantity of your order, and the destination. Typically, it will take between 48 hours for your items to arrive. We appreciate your patience while you wait for your items to arrive. -
I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
- 1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
- 2. Click Submit.
- 3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
- - Please send an email to our customers service at [email protected] or whatapps at+60 11-2613 9884 with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
- - Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.

What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in RM. -
How long does the delivery usually takes?
Our Delivery day are fixed on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Please make your order before the delivery days. However, you can make a special request on Mon to Saturday subject for availability by contacting us at [email protected] or whatapps at+60 11-2613 9884. -
Can I have more details on delivery?
Please include alternative delivery instructions if you are in. IE a safe spot or neighbours house. If you are not in and we do not have a safe spot we can either deliver the following day or you can pick your delivery up at the shop. We will not deliver outside the noted days. -
I'm outside your delivery zone - can I still order?
If you live within an area that is not in our delivery zone then please send an email to our customers service at [email protected] or whatapps at+60 11-2613 9884 -
Can I change my delivery details after I have placed an order?
You may send us a message with your order number and change of delivery details, and we’ll try our best to fulfil your request! -
Can I select my delivery time?
You can only select your preferred delivery date, but not delivery time. However, if you are unable to receive the order at a certain time, please request for assistance by sending us a message -
Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes, we can do special arrangement for Self Pick up from farm.
