Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders will be fulfilled by Best Express or Poslaju.

Orders will be processed/shipped within 1-5 working days, orders placed on the weekend and public holidays will be shipped on the next following working day. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number provided.

International Shipping

All International orders will be fulfilled by Fedex and processed/shipped within 1-5 working days.

There is a probability that your packages may be delayed due to custom clearance. Any purchase from Hundred Percent may subject you to any import duties and/or taxes. Hundred Percent holds no responsibility for any charges that incurred from the custom/duties.

Our orders are processed from multiple locations, our main processing branch is based in Johor Bahru.

Exchange Policy

Items on sale promotion and discounted merchandise are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. There will be no exchange and/or refund for any limited or special release items. Refunds are offered only for damaged or defective items. Any exchange of goods must be made within 14 days of the purchase date and are subjected to the availability of items.

Exchanges will only be authorized upon inspection and permission, proof of purchase must be provided, and extra charges incurred in an exchange or return (ex.shipping cost, duties and taxes) is the customer’s own responsibility.

Please make sure all return or exchange packages are sent with a trackable, insured service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the return transit.

All returned and exchanged items must be in unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable. In the case of sneakers / footwear return or exchanges, please use an additional packaging to protect the original box. The box is an integral part of the product, therefore any damage will result in the refusal or the return/exchange.

We do not accept any returns or exchange for homeware, magazines, books, fragrance, socks, intimate apparel and swimwear (including but not limited to lingerie, boxers, briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms)
