Order & Delivery Guide

When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items, the quantity of your order, and the destination. Typically, it will take between 48 hours for your items to arrive. We appreciate your patience while you wait for your items to arrive.

Packages will NOT be sent until the payment has been received. Customers are obliged to pay within 2 days of placing the order. If payment has not been received on the third day, the transaction will be cancelled.
If you are having issues with the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.

Once the delivery has arrived, customers should check that the received goods are correct and had been delivered in good condition.

We deliver to many postcodes within the Klang Valley. For those outside Klang Valley, Please drop us a message to enquire about a special delivery arrangement.

Deliveries are made Mondays – Saturday :12pm – 9pm (excluding Sunday and public holidays). If you have not received your order, send us a message to check on your order. If you have a preferred delivery time, you send us a message with your order number and we’ll try our best to accommodate your timing. You may select your delivery date during checkout

We can leave your bundle at your gate, door, or lobby for a contactless delivery, should you prefer one. Simply leave a delivery note upon checkout, or notify our delivery person when they call you before arriving.

We provide free delivery for orders above RM60 Klang Valley Areas. For Outside Klang Valley areas will be minimum orders of RM100. For Orders worth the value and below, delivery fees will be charged according to areas.
